SUPPORT COORDINATION

Bass Disability has a specialist team of Support Coordinators, experienced with in-depth knowledge of the NDIS processes and systems. On hand to help and provide the support you need.

We are committed to the people that we care for in Tasmania and always put our participants first. Our experienced, Tasmanian-based team are passionate about delivering quality supports to our participants, every time!
